1. General Provisions and Minimization

1.1. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended effective July 1, 2025) and describes how data is handled on xone.ivsofte.biz ("Website").

1.2. The Website is built on a minimization principle: the Administration strives not to collect or store personal data in databases of its own. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Data Localization (152-FZ)

2.1. The Administration does not collect, accumulate, or store users' personal data in databases of its own (personal-data information systems). Therefore the requirement to store databases of Russian citizens within the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ, in force since July 1, 2025) creates no localization obligation — no such database exists, whether inside or outside Russia.

3. What Information May Be Processed

• Voluntary contact — via third-party services (email, messengers); those services act as the operators of such data, and the Administration does not transfer it into databases of its own;
• Payment — checkout and the email for key delivery are processed and stored by the Digiseller payment platform as the operator; the Administration keeps no order database of its own;
• Technical data — IP address, user-agent, and request time are recorded in service logs in an anonymized manner, for security, without aggregation into a personal-data database;
• Anonymized analytics — traffic statistics that do not identify an individual.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

• Order fulfillment and activation key delivery (on Digiseller's side);
• Technical support;
• Improving Website performance and user experience;
• Anonymized traffic analytics;
• Communication via live chat.

5. Transfer and Storage of Data

5.1. The Administration does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes. Disclosure is possible only upon a lawful request from authorized state authorities.

5.2. As the Administration maintains no personal-data database, information is not kept longer than technically necessary. Correspondence remains within the third-party service; order data stays with the payment platform.

• request correction, blocking, or deletion of your personal data;
• withdraw consent to data processing;
• lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
